Manojkumar Borse

Co-founder, Saptrishi Foundation & Navsaptrishi Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

Manojkumar Borse is a social worker who co-founded Saptrishi Foundation in 2017 after witnessing firsthand the gap between welfare entitlements and those who needed them most. DigiAbility is his mission to bridge that gap digitally, transparently, and at scale.

Our Journey

The Problem
Support for persons with disabilities is scattered across schemes, NGOs, and providers with no single platform to connect them all, leaving millions without coordinated, accessible help.
What We Saw
Beneficiaries traveling hours, only to be turned away over a missing document. NGOs managing hundreds of cases on paper, with no way to track what happened after. Welfare schemes going unused simply because no one knew they existed.
What We Built
DigiAbility is a unified digital platform connecting NGOs, service providers, and beneficiaries, managing everything from empowerment schemes and health camps to certificates and beneficiary self-service in one place.
Where We Are Now
Two platforms, one mission: DigiAbility Seva to close the access gap, and DigiAbility Community to close the belonging gap.
